my story
Some worked. Plenty didn’t.
I left my corporate job to spend more time with my son when he was a toddler. I’ve tried a lot of things since then. Some worked. Plenty didn’t.
I’m a mum to three. Ryder is my eldest. Talia, our second baby, was stillborn at full term, and she’s very much part of our family. Ayla is our youngest.
But I never stopped looking for a way to build income that fit around my life instead of taking it over.
In 2021, I found digital and affiliate marketing, and for the first time, it felt like there might actually be another way.
These days, I share what I’m learning as I go. What works, what doesn’t, what I’d do differently, and what building this around family life really looks like.
I’m not trying to escape motherhood. I’m trying to protect it.
In real life
Fitting it into the cracks.
Most people picture building an online business as ten hours a day glued to a laptop.
Mine looks more like school drop-offs, kinder runs, editing between everything else, squeezing things into the gaps, and occasionally realising dinner needed attention five minutes ago.
Some days I get heaps done. Some days life wins.
What’s actually moved things forward isn’t perfection. It’s continuing to show up.
