FLOW — The Content Creator Trello Board

Stop staring at a blank page. Open your board instead.

The content-planning system I use to organise my ideas, write faster and actually know what to post… hooks, stories, templates and content ideas all sitting there ready when I sit down to create.

Whatever platform you post on.

Pull up a chair. Grab a cuppa. We need to talk about your content chaos.

“200 half-finished ideas sitting in your Notes app.”

“A saved folder on Instagram you haven’t opened since March.”

“56 tabs open and somehow none of them tell you what to post.”

“Sunday night: ‘What the hell am I posting this week?’”

Sound familiar?

You don’t need more inspiration. You need somewhere to put it.

↑ That’s FLOW.

This isn’t a course.
It’s not another thing you read once and forget.

You don’t need to become more creative, more organised or magically less busy. You just need one place for all the ideas, hooks, stories and half-finished thoughts already floating around in your head.

What’s inside FLOW

Everything you need to stop starting from scratch every time you post.

Plan

Content pillarsSo you're not posting the same kind of thing over and over.
Carousel + series ideasReady to pull from when you need somewhere to start.
Day-in-the-life + GRWM promptsSimple, relatable content ideas for the days you don't want to overthink it.

Create

Hook bankHooks broken down by type, including identity, reveal, story, opinion and teaching, so you understand why they work instead of just copying lines.
Content templatesTalking head, B-roll, voiceover and caption structures with worked examples, so you're not guessing how to put the post together.

Stories

Story bank + weekly storyboardSo Stories stop being the thing you remember at 9pm.

Grow

Results trackerBecause knowing what worked and what flopped is how you stop starting from zero every week.
Repurposing ideasSo your best content can keep doing a job instead of disappearing after one post.

How it works

Sit down. Open it. Create.

01Add it to your free Trello account

Get the board once and it's yours to keep.

02Pick a pillar and a hook

No more staring at a blank screen wondering what to talk about.

03Grab a template

Film it, write it or voice it. Use the worked example if you need a starting point.

04Track what worked and reuse it

Plan your content, note what performs, and repurpose the posts worth using again.

Imagine this

Sunday night. Kettle on. Your week of content already has somewhere to live.

Not because you suddenly found more time.

Because the ideas, hooks and templates are already sitting there waiting for you.

Content that moves instead of content stuck in your Notes app going nowhere.

Who built this?

I built the thing I wish I had when I started.

I’m Sammy. I call it FLOW because that’s exactly what I wanted from my content system — somewhere ideas could actually move instead of sitting half-finished in my Notes app.

It’s the system I use to plan, organise and create my own content without starting from a blank page every single time.

But what if?

The doubts that keep your content sitting there instead of getting posted.

“I’m not a Trello person.”

You don’t need to be. If you can tap a card and drag it across a board, you can use FLOW. A free Trello account is all you need.

“I’ve bought templates before and never used them.”

Same. That’s why FLOW isn’t a PDF you read once. It’s designed to be the place you actually open every time you sit down to create.

“I’m too busy to be consistent.”

You don’t need to suddenly become less busy. The point is to make creating easier because the ideas, hooks and structure are already there when you need them.

“Is $19 worth it?”

It’s one home for the hooks, stories and ideas you’d otherwise lose across Notes, saved posts and random tabs.

If it saves you one more “what the hell do I post this week?” spiral, it’s done its job.
